Juneau Alaska

Juneau- Another Alaska city with a flavor all its own. Famous politicians can be found in all the usual haunts, however, even heated debates cannot mar the beauty of this magical place.

Take a boat cruise, you cannot help but be mesmerized. It's green, blue and wild. The true wild...imagine the life of a fisherman, a native whaling captain, missionaries, the forty-niners. Close your eyes, its easy to imagine in this place where time seems to hang on the humid air.

Juneau is a great place to just walk around and hang out. Some of it is uphill or steps! If you're hungry, there are laid back cafes, street vendors and fine cuisine. Shop in cozy boutiques and by all means sample the fudge! Chat with the locals over a cup of coffee. Sit and watch the busy harbor, given its size, it's amazing all those larger than life cruise ships can dock. Hike in the forest, walk along the ocean and journal how your life would be different living in a place like this...
