    I have a meditation that has you smile with your heart, so I visualize in my minds eye my heart smiling and it feels really good!

    Nice lens! The song, Smile, is one of my favorites because it lifts my spirits and brightens my day. Moreover it reminds us that every struggle that we come face to face can be surpassed and we need not be troubled.
