Remembering JustBon-Crochet-Designs

Bonnie passed away October 23, 2010.

We knew Bonnie best as a kind and generous human being and an expert lensmaster who went on to teach her husband, Rich (Waxing-Lyrical), how to be an expert lensmaster, too.

Please sign the memorial book below with your memories and condolences.

November 5, 2010 — Bonnie's memorial has been lovingly turned over now to Rich's care. We hope you, your family, Bonnie's family, and your friends will find comfort here.

My sincere condolences... I didn't know her.. but she lives on at Squidoo.. and in peoples' hearts!

This proves that I am self-centered: I did not realize that Bonnie had passed. Rich, I feel your pain as I have been through grief as well. My first husband died when I was 44 (almost 17 years ago). It took me 2 years to feel "normal" again. Advice: grief is best when you experience it to the max. Just feel it and go with it.

I apologise for not leaving a comment sooner, but I've been ill myself. I remember Tony telling me Bon had died and the sadness I felt. I'll miss her wicked sense of humour. She always made me laugh.
    Life is so cruel.
    Bon, I miss you xx

Oh my gosh rich. She passed away one day before my birthday! How silly of me not to come here before. I should have known that being a squidoo member you would have put up a page like this sooner or later. Good job and thanks for helping keep the memories of bonnie alive for all of us :)

Rich when MiMi first created this lens as a tribute and in remembrance of Bonnie I left a comment expressing my heartfelt condolences I wasn't a Squid Angel.

I wanted to call back again to say that all of Squidoo has been truly blessed by having the opportunity to get to know, in some small way, both Bonnie and you. Those are blessings which will remain with us forever and in a small way I hope that the angel blessing will help to boost the lens and make others aware of you both.

The road may seem dark right now but it is lit by thousands upon thousands of small lights which are the gestures of friendship from so many within the Squidoo Community

Lyrics of this song, "He Will Do It Again", sometimes it's "He'll Do It Again", but it's the same song. It has been performed by Shirley Ceasar, Karen Wheaton, John Starnes and more...

    "He Will Do It Again"

You may be down and feel like God
    has somehow forgotten
that you are faced with circumstances
    You can't get through.
And right now it seems there's no way out
    And you're going under.
But God's proved time and time again
He will take care of you.

    Chorus:
And he will do it again,
He'll do it again. He will do it again.
If you just take a look
    At where you're now
    And where you've been.
Hasn't He always come through for you?
He's the same now as then.
    You may not know how,
    You may not know when,
    But He'll do it again.

God knows the things that you're going through.
And He knows how you're hurting.
And you see, God knows just how your heart
    Has been broken in two.
But He's the God of the sun, the moon, and the stars,
    And he is your Father.
If He can calm the storm
I know He'll find the way to fix it for you.

    Chorus

He's still God, and He's fighting for you
Yes, He's still God and He's never change
Oh, I know that He's God
    And He's fighting for you
Just like Moses, just like Daniel
    Just like Meshach, Shadrach, Abednego
He'll do it again for you, He'll do it again,
If you just take a look at where you are now
    and where you have been
Hasn't He always come through for you,
He's the same now as then
You may not know how, you may not know when,
    but He'll do it again

You may not know how, you may not know when, but He'll do it again.

Whenever I crochet she will come to mind, as one of my Squidoo angels she'll forever be a part of my writing here on Squidoo and I promise to carry on helping people in the Squidoo community as she did at every turn. Peace to you and your family as you journey through these hard times to find solace. Heaven has been blessed with another angel - an angel that will be greatly missed here on earth!

Rich, I only knew Bonnie through you and by her lenses, but feel as though I've lost a friend. I'm so sorry for your loss, and it doesn't seem fair you should have to go through the loss of a spouse twice in your lifetime.
