Are you a Justin Bieber fan? If not, you are one of the lonely 5% of the universe who aren't. Everywhere I go I see or hear Justin Bieber. From store shelves to t-shirts proudly being worn on teenagers. This young man is one hot teen idol! Even my 4 year old daughter walks around the house singing his songs, which I think is totally adorable.

Who is Justin Bieber?

Justin Drew Bieber was born March 1, 1994 in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. Growing up he taught himself to play the piano, drums, guitar, and trumpet. In a local singing competition in Stratford, Bieber sang Ne-Yo's "So Sick" and won second place at the age of 12. His Mother, Pattie Mallette, uploaded some this video to YouTube to share with family and friends along with others.

Later on in 2007 Scooter Braun ran across Justin Bieber's videos while searching for videos of a different singer. Accident? I don't think so...Everything happens for a reason! At first Justin's Mother was unsure, but after praying with her church elders and receiving their encouragement, she permitted Braun to fly Bieber, at the age of 13 to Atlanta, Georgia, to record demo tapes. A short week after arriving, Justin Bieber sang for R&B singer/songwriter Usher. Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher. in October 2008 he was signed with Island Records after Usher arranged an audition with Antonio L.A. Reid of Island Def Jam Music Group. Justin and his mother then moved to Atlanta.

His debut single, "One Time", was released worldwide during 2009 which quickly rose and charted within the top 30 in over ten countries. It was followed by his debut release, My World on November 17, 2009, which was certified platinum in the United States, which at the time gave Bieber the highest debut by a new artist in the year, and made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

    I don't know much about Justin Bieber, but heard on the radio that he'll be disappointed if he doesn't get the Grammy for Best New Artist. We shall see soon!
