I can not totally plan your party since I don't know what type of space you may have, how long you want your party to last or how many people you will invite so I'll just start with music.

Karaoke is very popular and doesn't take much space. Dancing is fun too, but you might need a little more room for that and depending on the size of the party, board games are fun as well.

Decorations are optional and depend some on where your party is held.
I like the door poster for a nice welcome. It can later be moved to a bedroom door.
Use removable adhesive puddy to put up posters and light weight decorations. That will save holes from thumb tacks and won't show like tape across the front. Another option is to double over a piece of tape to make two sticky sides and apply that to the back side of the decoration or poster.
