Justin Bieber at the age of 16 got his first tattoo, that of an outline of a seagull. It seems that it is a family tradition to get inked at the age of 16. It is noted that members of his family also have been inked with the same design.

    I dunno... I think he's a little young to be making decisions to get stuff inked onto his body that he may or may not still like when he's older. But, this evidently appears to be the trend...

    as long as the tattoos are not so big and not covering his skin, they are acceptable.
