My Friend Singer Justin Lanning

Justin Lanning at the ripe old age of 23 is becoming a sensation in the music world.
His fan base is soaring each and everyday. Currently it is estimated to be over 100,000 fans. He is becoming a immense sensation with people, not only the twenty year olds but older fans as well.

Justin lives in Los Angeles, California. He is extremely close to his parents. His mom as he tells it made the most postive impact on his. Justin is also a devoted vegetarian and mediates daily.

Justin had a rough childhood just like some kids, He admits to experimenting with weaknesses in the world. Hiding within himself he plunged into writing poetry and songs. He accredits his music to saving him. He taught himself the guitar and at age ten began to write songs. Justin is diversed when it comes to playing band instruments: drums, bass, guitar,precussion, piano,violin and the harmonica as well.

Justin's songs that he writes are all about his world. The things that have occured, feelings he has felt. His music echo's who he is. The life lessons Justin has been
shown has proven to him that he can contribute to making the world a better place through his music and kind-hearted soul. He accredits attributes The Beatles, Foo Fighter, Earth Wind and Fire and Stevie Wonder as some of the influences in his life.

On June 13, 2008 he made his debut on Billboard Magazine Dance Club Chart with "Take My Breath Away. On June 30th it made the Top 40 Dance List. Sales are still going strong.

His dance remix of "Take My Breath Away" attracted over 10,000 new members on his myspace page within 90 days, over a million plays.

Very rarely do I write testimonials for someone. As a writer I well simply write. I get the facts, double check them for accuracy and write from the information I have received. When the article/story is all put together and finished, so am I. Move on to next project.

Somehow this latest lens did not go that way. I had the immense pleasure of
Exchanging emails with Justin and chatting on the telephone. He is truly the genuine person you read about. Talking to him would be like talking to an old friend. I find him very personable and charming. The warmth he generated was genuine in every aspect. His soul does shine through.

I find Justin to be a very genuine and heartfelt person. It is my extreme pleasure to have him as one of my close friends.
