Brief Introduction
Give away events work where the host invites contributors to submit a gift in digital format. For easy download via zip or pdf files. It could be an ebook, software, resell rights, scripts, PLR products, audio, video. You will some times see the OTO or one time offer before or after you confirm your subscription. (This is optional to get a nice package of software for a discounted price). Contributors will help promote the event as well as gift subscribers to their email list. Every one will be provided an affiliate link to promote the event. Where you can earn a commission if the visitor takes the up sell or OTO. Double opt in is the norm to confirm the subscribers to the list. You can opt out at any time. The events run for a week or month. With some for a year as example the original giveaway.
