Have You Heard of Kangoo Jumps?

Kangoo Jumps are taking the world by storm. It is the best fitness product to come out in years. People all over the world are throwing away their gym or running shoes and putting on Kangoo Jumps. They were developed for low impact exercise used in physical therapy. The cushioning action of the springy soul absorbs up to 80% of the shock that occurs during exercise. This saves joints and bones from stress and strain, while giving a good cardio workout.

I have to do low-impact exercise for my workouts. That usually means going to a pool. I love these Kangoo Jumps, because they actually give me the feeling of floating, and a good workout, without having to get wet. No more crunching my joints.

Which Kangoo Jumps is Right for You?

Kangoo Jumps come in three models; the XR3, the Pro, and the Power Shoe. Each has characteristics that make them more suitable for some people than for others. Here are the important features to note.
  • Kangoo Jumps XR3 Series - The Universal shoe for most people. A wide range of sizes for both men and women. Suitable for any weight, from 70 lbs on up. There is no weight limit on these shoes, but the company recommends that heavier people use the Pro model, as the Pro will give better spring action for heavier weights.
  • Kangoo Jumps Pro7 Series - These shoes are suitable for heavier persons or for hard-core athletes. The spring is stiffer and will resist compression better giving a springier step than the XR3 for heavier persons, and under heavy use..
  • Kangoo Jumps Power Shoe Series - These softer spring shoes are suitable for Juniors and Teens, age 5 and up. 45 - 120 pounds.

Kangoo Jumps Parts and Accessories

Kangoo Jumps are durable, but nothing lasts forever. The great thing about this company is that they provide replacement parts if something wears out. You don't have to replace the whole shoe. This is a huge savings when you consider that the shoes are over $200, but replacing the sole is only $24.00.

Parts that can be replaced are:

- Liners

- Shoe Shell

- T-Springs

- Soles

All are available from the company website.

Not until I've seen this page. Seriously, they look like a lot of fun. I like exercising when I trick myself into it, so these look perfect for that. :)
