Adopt a Bird
Adopt a pet bird from Beak n' Wings, Kansas City's licensed exotic bird rescue. Beak n Wings, Inc. 1st annual "Companion Animal Adoption Expo". Beak n Wings will be presenting our 1st annual adoption expo. This expo will be for dogs, cats, birds, small animals, reptiles, and horses. We will also have some wildlife on site.The "Companion Animal Adoption Expo" has been postponed until spring of 2009. Keep watching for more information. We will be looking for a couple of rescue groups that would like to assist and gain donations from helping Beak n Wings with the event. If interested, please contact us and let us know what you can do to help. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
Beak n' Wings is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, staffed by volunteers and funded by donations. Adoption fees cover veterinary expenses, advertising, feeding and rehabbing the bird.
