Buyers need to be impressed so why not make a little effort to help them decide on your home.
- DeClutter: The first step is to clear off all flat surfaces. The second step: Give each family member a box and have them collect items for a garage sale and/or donation for a thrift store.
- Clean, clean, clean is the motto of the week! Buyers enjoy clean and to aim for a quick sale, you must impress your buyers. I always procrastinate on cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms but when showing your house these are a must to clean regularly!
- Pack it up to show how spacious your house can be! Pack up unused items and put in a storage area.
