Kefir To Drink Well.. it's a long story, but all we know is that kefir is made up of around 33 different kinds of yeast and bacteria.

We also know that when we put it in milk, it turns the milk into an amazing yogurt-like cultured drink.

It tastes better than buttermilk (laban) in my opinion.

It is said to be amazing for our health... yeah.. but is it true?????
