People today are fatter than ever and they keep getting even fatter. This is caused by a number of things but a sedentary lifestyle and overeating are the primary reasons. The fact is we need to cure this fatness craze that is so prevalent it has become socially acceptable to be fat.We need to cure obesity before it gets any worse and one of the primary ways we can do this is through exercise. Now any method of exercise is great but some methods are definitely better than others. My favourite method to burn fat is to train with my Russian Kettlebells. The reason for this is that they are effective at both burning calories during the workout and effective at building muscle so you can burn more calories after the workout.
Proper training with a kettlebell is very intense and you cannot train for long periods of time with one. Half an hour to an hour is the proper amount of time for a session. And this can be done at home or in the backyard! Think about, burn tons of calories, build some muscles (don't worry ladies you won't get bulky) and do it all quickly and privately! Does it get better than this? I don't think so, but some people may argue a home gym can do the same thing. Well I guess so, but they cost way more and take up a lot of space. A kettlebell can fit under your bed or in the corner. Honestly I am surprised you don't see them on informercials on TV with all these benefits. I guess the margins are not good enough!
Okay, back to buring fat with a kettlebell. The key is to do full body movements for high repetitions and use a series of exercises in a circuit training fashion. This will cause systemic fatigue in the body, meaning your cardiovasucalur system will start to fail before any one muscle does. This is a great way to burn loads of calories due to the sheer amount of work being done. Your whole body is throwing around this ball of iron until at once it starts to shut down and you begin to fail! Push through the body's urge to stop as long as you can and you will be creating such a large oxygen deficit that your metabolism will rocket up and turn you into a calorie burning machine. Train like this daily and your metabolism will maintain itself at the level of an Olympic athlete! You will start shedding pounds of fat pretty much overnight!
The whole time you are burning fat with your kettlebell, you will be building muscle too. This is because you are throwing around a weight heavy enough to force your muscles to tire as well as contract again and again with every rep. Your muscles will be forced to strengthen in order to handle the kettlebell more efficiently. When a kettlebell becomes easy to handle, just get a heavier one, or a second one and your body will continue to be forced to adapt.
So, with regular half hour sessions of kettlebell training you will burn fat, harden up your body and improve your health. If you are serious about finally getting in shape then I urge you to try kettlebell training, your body will thank me.

As usual great information. 5***** for you. I love to weight train but since I started using kettlebells they are a great compliment to my weight training. Great for getting a total body workout when your short on time. Keep it up.
