The Kettleworx Review

If you'd like to get fantastic fat loss and muscle toning results in less than half the time of traditional workouts, then the Kettleworx is for you.

Claiming you can get great results in just 20 mins of exercise 3 times a week is a bold statement, but if true will save the average exerciser hours a week.

Kettleworx is an exercise system built around the Kettlebell. A Kettlebell, or girya, is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle attached. Made popular by Pavel Tsatsouline. the Kettlebell has gained favour for it's incredible strength building and cardio blasting workout potential.

The standard Kettlebell weighs in at a whopping 36lbs which, for most women and anybody who isn't already incredibly strong. is far too heavy.

Kettleworx (sensibly) recommend a 5lb Kettle bell for women and for beginners which can be increased to 10lb or 20lb Kettlebells as your fitness increases.

What Makes KettleWorx So Effective

A fat burning workout that works

KettleWorx 6 Week Body TransformationFitness professionals will tell you that to get the best fat loss results you need the following elements in any workout you do:-

  • Fat Burning Cardio
  • Strength Training (Muscle Building)
Most people do these separately - 20-40 mins Cardio on a treadmill, cross trainer or exercise bike and a muscle building component such as gym machines, dumbells or body weight exercises. This takes a lot of time, and as that's a luxury most people don't have, they give up before long - usually just before they start to get results!.

Kettleworx is different, because you combine both cardio and strength training in one quick 20 min workou - which means you can save time and get better results than with other types of training.

This type of training is challenging and not for everybody, but for those who are prepared to invest one hour a week working hard, the results will blow you away.

Will The KettleWorx Make Me Big & Bulky? - FAQ

I'm a woman - I don't want to bulk up.

Question: As a woman, the last thing I want to do is get big and bulky. Isn't there a danger this type of training will make me huge?

Answer: For a number of reasons the KettleWorX system will not cause you to bulk up. As a woman you do not have the testosterone required to get bulky. Sure, if you took drugs and worked out with heavy weights for years it would be possible, but that's not what Kettlebell training is all about. Because you're working with fairly light Kettlebells, there is no way you are going to bulk up. You'll just get better toned and have those long lean muscles most women desire. It's possible, depending on your body type, that you may bulk up a little if you use the heavier 20lb Kettlebell. Just stick to the 5 or 10lb Kettlebell and you'll do just great.

Can I Really Get Results In Just Six Weeks Guaranteed? - FAQ

Is it possible to see results so quickly?

Question: Kettleworx claim I'll see results in 6 weeks. Is this just hype or is it possible?

Answer: Guaranteeing anything can be risky! After all there are so many factors involved in successful fat loss. The biggest predictor of success is do you actually do the workout 3 times a week for 20 mins? Many of my Personal Training clients complain they're not getting the results they want, but when questioned, they admit to not following my instructions. They'll say things like "Ohh, I thought once a week would be enough" or "I felt tired so I only did 10 mins instead of 30 mins. Does it make a difference?" Duh, Yes!

If you follow the program exactly, watch your diet and be sure to eat healthily, then I would have to say, Yes, you will get results you can feel (pants not as tight) and maybe see. As always, it's entirely up to you. If you don't do the drills, you won't get the skills!

The Original Kettle Bell

The kettlebell or girya (Russian: ????) is a cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. The kettlebell has become a popular exercise tool in the United States due largely to the efforts of Pavel Tsatsouline, a strength and flexibility coach, and also by Kettlebell Sport world champion and world record holder Valery Fedorenko.

: "Valery Fedorenko, a kettlebell world champion from Russia, is credited with bringing the sport to the U.S. and popularizing it over the past decade."

Many companies produce their own brands of kettlebells and kettlebell exercise programs. Some modern kettlebells feature adjustable weights. Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements.

Kettlebell lifting has been nationally recognized and played throughout the world for decades, and its competitive exercises are the 'Two Kettlebell Jerk' and 'One Kettlebell Snatch'; performed in that order for ten minutes each. The competitor with the highest overall score wins.

In recent years, kettlebells have become popular among athletes, especially mixed martial artists and those in the entertainment community.

The kettlebell has a reputation amongst its followers as being able to condition the whole body with a relatively simple plan.
