As you all are probably aware by now, Starbucks Corporation has announced that Starbucks k cups will be available throughout grocery stores and specialty retailers in the US starting in November, 2011. They will be here just in time for the holidays and I am sure many of you are happy about that! What a great gift.

Starbucks plans to build systemwide sales of k cups into a $1 billion business over time. They will be available in Starbucks most popular coffee varieties, including Breakfast Blend, Pike Place Roast, House Blend, Sumatra, and French Roast.

Coffee lovers will soon be sipping from Keurig K Cups offered by Starbucks

Keurig k cups StarbucksThe retail giant will offer coffee in k cups across food, drug, mass, special and department stores in the U.S. It has also been revealed that the k cups will be available in retail outlets like Wal-Mart and Target. Doesn't it make you wonder why Dunkin Donuts isn't doing the same with their k cups? You would think they would also be making them available at food and department stores as well, but they are not.

Starbucks got into this deal with Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. back in March of 2011 and it will not only distribute it's coffee but also Tazo Tea in Keurig's k cup portion packs. Green Mountain sells k cups under different brands including Caribou Coffee, Gloria Jean's and Van Houtte. net sales for the Keurig business soared 55% in the quarter ending June 25, 2011 as consumers bought more single-cup brewers and k cups.

I got this Keurig for Christmas last year and it is the absolute best thing ever!! I am a first thing in the morning coffee person, and can't start my day without it! This particular model of keurig is perfect because if you just want a t-cup size portion, you can, or i f you want a bit of a larger mug, you can do that too. Then, if you want that good ol 10oz cup - that's available too!

I got this about a month after I got my Keurig Machine, and it is the best thing ever! It displays 27 different k cups so you don't have to have boxes on your counter. Even though the boxes don't look bad, it's so much nicer to have this neat looking, classy carousel on your counter! Get one for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

    Starbucks is always a treat for me, so it's wonderful that they are making their coffees available for home brewers like the Keurig K-Cups. No more traveling, standing in line, and paying extra for coffee in a Starbucks coffee store! Anyone who is a coffee lover would also appreciate a coffee maker like this one as a gift, along with a generous starter supply of different flavors of the K-Cups!

    I just came from your other lens, on Dunkin Donuts K cups...hmm, you really do love coffee! So do I, after my morning of 3 mugs of coffee, I am all set for the day of working at my computer. Since I am a stay-at-home Mom & Internet Marketer, I make & drink all my coffee at home :) We usually get Folgers coffee. Love this lens! A thumbs up & a Google Plus from me!
