How To Acquire The Neccesary Skills To Become Successful

My mission is to help create followers into leaders, using sound success principles, and proven personal development strategies.

Also to assist those who are already in leadership positions, by sharpening their skills and adding value to the content of their character.

As I fore stated :there are certain "keys" to success. These "keys" can also be called "principles". For example, one of my mentors - Mr. Jim Rohn - said " If you work hard on your job you can make a living, if you work hard on yourself you can make a fortune !" That my friends, is a very important key to success.

There are many principles that one needs to have to make up a solid foundation for success. Another principle is " the law of the lid". Another one of my mentors- John C. Maxwell - put it this way. " The speed of the leader determines the speed of the pack. "

The person who I would consider my favorite, most influential mentor is Dr. Myles Munroe. Who said " A pack of sheep led by a lion, will always defeat a pack of lions led by a sheep". Let that one sink in for a moment, and you will begin to understand the importance of a leadership principle known as "the law of the lid. "

Let's say for a moment you arrive in the driveway of your home, and no one is inside. You approach the front door, turn the handle and the door is locked. Just to be sure no one is there,you ring the doorbell and knock on the door several times, to no avail.

What would you be most likely to do next ? I know that I would begin to search for a key, and you probably would to.Well, why would you or I do that ??? SIMPLE, because with the right key you could unlock any door !My friends, please just let that sink in for a moment. You now harness the understanding necessary to realize the power of attaining the correct keys (principles) for your life.

Where do you want to go? What do you want to do ? What do you want to have ? More importantly, who is it that you want to become ? Ask yourself these questions, then seek the correct KEYS, from the correct MENTORS. And let me just say at the core of my beliefs, is the power and importance of mentors. My business partner, Aaron Scott says " succeeding in life is directly related to listening to the right people, because we all listen to someone, about everything."

I want to leave you with some food for thought, which is the best kind of food there is according to the scriptures (Christ said man shall not live by bread alone, but by words.) A personal belief that I have adopted for myself. " Never judge a book by it's cover, nor it's pages. But the content of the character of the person(s) who wrote it's pages."
