 Keyword Elite is basically a keyword research tool that allows you to dig for adsense keywords or google adwords keywords if you are doing PPC.

 Like his previous SEO Tool called SEO Elite, Keyword Elite is not cheap at $176. However, I do feel it is value for money as it is like a swiss army knife of keyword research tools. They are 5 main options you can choose to conduct your keyword research depending on your purpose

1. Analyze PPC Listing

 This options allows you to monitor PPC ads across the main search engines which are google adwords, yahoo search marketing, Enhance and Miva.

 You can determine the top bid prices your competitors are paying across the search engine so you can tell at a glance which keywords are underbid.

2. Digging For Keywords

 This is self-explanatory. Basically, it allows you to build a keyword list of up to 10,000 keyword phrases. You can append, edit, delete to this list as you like. Keywords are retrieved via the major search engines.

3. Select Keyword List

 These are keyword lists that are taken from an inbuilt database of 2 million keyword phrases. It's pretty useless since the data is not updated and I preferred using option 2 to dig for fresh keyword phrases.

4. Analyze Keyword Competition

 This option is similar in operation to SEO Elite. It is useful for those who are competing in the organic search results. Keyword Elite will help analyze your SERPs competitors and determine the keywords your competitors are using. Examples are H1 tags, bold tags, in-bound links and anchor text keywords etc. Very powerful feature.

5. Spy On Adwords Competition

 This options allows you to monitor an adwords advertiser on a daily, weekly and even monthly basis to determine whether the ad is profitable. Chances are if an ad is running for a few months and in the top 3 positions, it is still likely profitable. All you need to do is model the competitor ads and make tons of money.

I highly recommend Keyword Elite if you want a robust keyword research tool that is easy and intuitive to use. Particularly recommend if you are making money in adwords or SEO.
