Let me start off by saying that I use this tool every time I do any keyword research for a new niche or to extend a current niche. That's no small admission as I must have over 30 "tools" on my h/d that struck me as being worth buying at the time that I have not touched in over a year! You know you have a valuable tool that gets you results when you use it frequently.

Originally it used to be a tool that could only be used to analyze the results from research done via Wordtracker but Dr. Andy Williams (author and programmer of KRA) has extended the latest version, V3 to allow importing of just about any set of keyword results! (More on that later!)

So what exactly is Keyword Results Analyzer and why is it so useful?

Let me answer that question by asking you a question in return. Sorry!

Once you have researched your potential niche and generated a list of keyword phrases that have the potential to be used for basing pages on or articles and other content - how do you analyze this list? What do you do to find the best - and for best I mean traffic and money generating - phrases?

Go one step further - how do you drill down into this list and pull out the phrases that you should use to build any number of sub niches around?

We all know that one of the best ways to builds sites with quality scores that Google and the other SEs will love is by basing the sections and pages of each site on phrases and topics that are searched for. From a webmasters point of view, we want to build pages and mini sites that use phrases with a low competition and a high demand.

Take Weddings as an example - if you want to build a seriously profitable income, surelty the best method is to create a network of sites that are all related to weddings in some fashion and that point to a central "monetized" site - a hub so to speak that will steadily rise in the rankings to Page 1 - generating floods of traffic and big fat affiliate and Adsense checks each month.

I have a list of keywords and phrases that I recently researched through Wordtracker for 'wedding'. The list contains 11,648 results.

I want to know what are the best phrases from within that list in a number of ways:-

Which phrases have high demand and low competition?

Which phrases are best for writing articles, blog posts, lenses etc about?

What are the different sub-niches within this list that I could build sites around

Now in the old days pre KRA I'd have had to cut and paste the research list into Excel and manually sort, search and filter. A list of over 11,000 results would have taken upwards of 3-4 hours easy - and the results would not have been as good as they should be. (The longer you stare at figures and work them, the more blurred they become and the harder it is to concentrate!)

So instead I import the list into Keyword Results Analyser and let that do all the work for me.

Firstly, as shown in the image to the side here - you can use KRA to quick filter your lists against a number of criteria:- you can search for phrases with a minimum and maximum value for KEI, expected traffic in a 24 hour period, number of competing pages, the 'count' of instances of this phrase recorded in Wordtracker engine or even the bid values if you've researched and imported them. This is on top of the normal features you'd expect in an application like this, filtering on Search Engine, finding all phrases containing a Root word etc.

So for example - my list of 11,648 has got 374 phrases with a KEI value over 100 and less than 10 competing pages! that took me exactly 2 seconds to research and create a list of phrases. Oh - and the total projected visitors over a 24 hour period would be 5,339 from just Google. (Took KRA another second to count them all up for me!)

But it gets better. As you may have noticed from the example above - you can use the filter options either individually or together!! Serious filtering and research powers!

So how about my list of perfect phrases to base articles around. Well, how about a list of all the phrases that are asking questions? After all - they're the best kind to write content around.

With the pre-created HOW filter - I click a baton and find that there are 155 phrases containing words such as 'How Do I'...'What are'...'Tips on' etc. The 24 hour count for these "article" phrases?

1,381!

But the best bit and the part that should really bowl you over for just how good a tool this is for serious webmasters - the sub-niches drilling ability!

Click a button, set up your parameters of what you want a sub-niche to be based on (number of times a word is used in a phrase to be called a sub-niche!!), tell KRA what words etc to ignore and click the Find button.

Back comes a list of .txt files that are created around each sub-niche. This will take a bit of time depending on how big your list is. My weddings list of just over 11,000 results took a shade over 20 minutes to run. (Size of your RAM will also effect this - the more you have then the faster it will go!)

The number of sub-niches returned for me, broken down into smaller list of phrases to use in each sub-niche mini site and their respective values?

131. That is a staggering amount.

They are valuable as well.

Each sub-niche is set to have a minimum of 20 different phrases using the same word or topic - meaning I can cherry pick from each sub niche list to write pages around what I want and still have enough content for either a decent mini site or an excellent silo directory as part of a larger site!

It is, quite simply, an effective and solid tool that will help you make money even faster. In my opinion it is a must have tool for any webmaster serious on making money and being successful!
