The Way It Works
First you must locate a hot market by identifying what keywords, or long tail phrases people are searching for.Next you need to find out how many times they are searching for those topics on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
If you're just getting started, think about this for a moment as this really does make sense.
Remember, doing this research on your own takes up an incredible amount of your time, unless you have the right research tool to make it quicker and easier.
I use to spend 5 to 6 hours on one topic the old way using WordTracker free version and Google Trends free tool. Now 1/2 to an hour is all it takes for the niche I am working on, and I have all the answers that I want with long tail phrases too.

Of course you could always pay hundreds to thousands of dollars hiring people to do all of this research, for all of these niches, but you would still have to come up with the niche topics on your own or pay researchers even more to do that research for you as well.

Now, you already know that you are looking for a hungry market of customers that are ready to pull out their credit cards.What you need to remember is that your market is looking for information. That's right information with an answer or solution to their problem of interest. When you know what information they are looking for, it is a piece of cake to fulfill their wants with keyword rich information called content.
You can then create your pages that are optimized for the search engines. Each page must be unique and considered a separate entity, with it's own content, title and tags. Your article should be at least 500 words at the minimum and your article needs to be an original article. Please don't use duplicated content
Just remember that creating your pages this way is not just for the search engines, but also for your customers.
Creating a site specifically for search engines alone will not bring people back to your site and could get you banned from the search engines.
Most people who start out this way create a site that is difficult to navigate, has bad grammar and entirely too many ads. Most browsers pass over unprofessional sites with poor copy.
Keywords are the ticket. You need to do your research and have a list of terms you want placed in the content of your page, however it needs to make sense when you read it so don't go overboard.
Just make sure that the keywords that are relevant to page 1, stays in page 1, and page 2 keywords stay in page 2. This is to make sure each page is a unique and separate page. Avoid being redundant.

I find wordtracker highly effective, with the only weakness being it sometimes records robot searches and boosts the results of some keywords.
I haven't tried micro niche finder, but if there was proof it gave real, valuable results (e.g. not like overture gave) then it would be worth a look!
