I just received an email from James Jones, the owner of Micro Niche Finder and wanted to keep you in the loop about the current and upcoming changes:The current version of Micro Niche Finder now uses Google as it's keyword source and search count source. However, the website still shows the old version which used Google Suggest and Word Tracker.
James hasn't updated the Micro Niche Finder website because he'll be coming out with two new releases very shortly and he didn't want to have to redo the videos all over again, twice.
The first new release will add some basic functionality such as showing you the Commercial Intent for a particular keyword phrase, LSI keywords, the number of Google Ads for a keyword phrase and a bunch of other minor features that you may find useful.
That release is due out this month (it'll be release as version 4.x) He's hoping it will be ready by the third week in September. Immediately after that he's going into production of version 5.0.
Version 5.0 will take keyword research to a whole new level. I can't tell you much about it just yet except to say he's going to take all the guesswork out of selecting profitable niche markets and basically will give you an "Easy Button."
I don't have a release date just yet for version 5.0 but it will be before the end of the year.
That's all I can say about 5.0 for now.

The Way It Works
First you must locate a hot market by identifying what keywords, or long tail phrases people are searching for.Next you need to find out how many times they are searching for those topics on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
If you're just getting started, think about this for a moment as this really does make sense.
Remember, doing this research on your own takes up an incredible amount of your time, unless you have the right research tool to make it quicker and easier.
I use to spend 5 to 6 hours on one topic the old way using WordTracker free version and Google Trends free tool. Now 1/2 to an hour is all it takes for the niche I am working on, and I have all the answers that I want with long tail phrases too.

Now, you already know that you are looking for a hungry market of customers that are ready to pull out their credit cards.What you need to remember is that your market is looking for information. That's right information with an answer or solution to their problem of interest. The free wordtracker isn't very accurate and the paid wordtracker is way too pricey. With the new Version 3 of Micro Niche Finder you can search globally instead of just your country. It has a function where you can select the country that you want to search and you will be amazed at the results in other countries.

With all of the extras that MNF already has bundled into one piece of software, it is so much more effective and accurate that WordTracker. With the new version that will be release in 6 days this will be a truly remarkable tool!
You should really get it now before the Micro Niche Finder 3.0 is released in 6 days and the price goes up!

I find wordtracker highly effective, with the only weakness being it sometimes records robot searches and boosts the results of some keywords.
I haven't tried micro niche finder, but if there was proof it gave real, valuable results (e.g. not like overture gave) then it would be worth a look!
