How to do USEFUL Keyword Research and NOT WASTE TIME

You know how critical your keyword choice is. Seriously, nothing else matters if you choose the wrong keyword your website/advertising will not work. You have to find good keywords from the billions out there. It isn't easy and takes tons of time and trial and error.

You can try to guess, you can spend 4 hours on Wordtracker, you can search google pages and copy others. But that takes hours a day and can still be wrong. Wouldn't you like to find someone to do that searching for you? So you can spend time finding your next niche to move into.

It is possible to get lucky and stumble on a great keyword that is profitable. But you are not the only one looking for the good keywords. Chances are someone has beat you to the easy to guess keywords.

You need to find those keywords buried in the pile that hardly anyone has chanced upon.

Stick with me and I will show you how to let other people find the best and easiest to promote keywords....

Working Smart not Hard with Keywords

So you signed up for expensive monthly fee websites to give you a list of super keywords. And they gave the same exact list to 400 other webmasters.

Ouch.

Kind of like PLR articles, sure they are great and if you had the only copy, they would be worth a fortune to you in time savings. But if you have to rewrite 400 articles a month, that isn't easy to me. It is time to work smarter and faster and easier.

You want a list of your own super keywords, that you and only you have found. You create it, it is all yours. If you get Keywordspy and copy the keywords of others, instant competition for your keywords. That can get you started, but just because someone else is using it, does not mean it makes any money. You would need to track them for a month.

Not easy to do, and slow. You need a huge list of keywords from each niche. Unless you want to spend $1000 a day paying $2 a click and making Google rich. To get a good position on competitive keywords, it is expensive especially when you are only getting a 2% conversion rate. That's 98 people leaving and not buying. With you paying at least $100 for.

You need long tail keywords that still get enough traffic to be worth advertising or writing articles on. I don't know about you but I have spent hours looking for them. Sure you can find lots with a few searches but the diamonds in the rough are not so easy to find.

Wordtracker is great but it takes tons of time. And you still have to check out the competition ads. There is a simpler way...

Keyword Research Software Tools

I have used Wordtracker and still use it at times. I use the Google adwords tool a lot for quick research ideas. You can quickly get a list of 500 keywords that might work. I have tried a lot of keyword research tools some were good some sucked.

You can find lots of lists of keywords. General keywords that everybody else finds as well. What you need is a tool that goes off and searches and finds keywords that match what you want to find.

Plenty of searches, low competition, buyer keywords and deep inside niches. The secret keywords, they are out there. They say 45% of search engine searches are for brand new phrases.

Almost half, that is huge. So keywords change daily, but there are phrases that are used hundreds of times a day for unguessable keywords. These are the gold.

Only software has the ability and patience to sift through millions of keywords and then do the research on each keyword. It is powerful.

I have been using Keyword Elite and it is a great tool for searching and finding massive 50000 word lists. It can do research on competitors and let you see what it is going to take to beat them in the search engines.

Keyword Elite digs deep and finds good keywords but for just a little bit more money you should see what my new favorite Keyword Research tool can do. Read on..

KeywordScope

My new favorite keyword tool

When I first saw the information Keyword Scope can give you in minutes, I didn't believe it.

How hard is it to find good underpromoted Clickbank products for your sales campaigns? Nearly impossible, because of the competition. You can rarely find anything that still has potential.

You can rarely find any up and comers, because everyone is using the same search tools to find CB products. There is no easy way to find them on your own, you basically have to resort to trial and error on new unproven products.
Keyword Scope will find them for you and if you give it a keyword to target, it will tell you good products for that keyword.

That in itself sold me, but there are tons of great features.

How about finding hidden niches in the niche you are working. It will find them.

Find out which locations you should target for a particular niche.

How about Clickbank products rated by an advanced formula to see if you are going to waste your time and money?

A built in Bid Price reducer to show you exactly how to lower your costs and get more clicks.

With deep research, you can find thousands of undiscovered niches and subniches automatically while you do something else.

What about finding the highest paying Adsense keywords for your websites. This program finds and compares millions of keywords for you.

Instantly seeing all the competitor ads for your keywords and What it costs to advertise on the other networks.

The software works in the background watching your keywords and finding which keywords will sell which Clickbank product before you place and ad or build another website.

Really incredibly useful tool, no? I love this friggin thing.

Is that all this software can do, heck no. I am still learning all the advanced things. It comes with a great manual(you don't have to buy it seperate or try to figure it out yourself)

Another great feature, builds great looking and hard working google ads from what it sees others doing. Automatic.

How bout finding out what phrases your biggest competitors are using on all their pages. You can get relevant phrases and alternate keywords to boost your own sites SEO.

Ok, I probably told you enough, the rest you need to see for yourself over at Keyword Scope. Check it out, it is a time saver that works.

Identify Search Terms That Convert To Traffic For Your Site

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Michelle_Morton]Michelle Morton

As a website owner or administrator, chances are that you are probably already well aware of the fact that content is king in this industry. Without good, solid content the chances of you having the type of traffic that you anticipate are slim to none. Website owners have already been instructed that you have to have the type of content that will spike a reader's interest, but do you know how to do that?

Proper keyword research can help you to find what terms people are looking for in your niche market, so you can tailor your content to fit those needs and use terms that your users are not only searching for, but that your competition has failed to utilize.

The Purpose of Keyword Research: To Increase Traffic

There are several tools out there that can help a site administrator find out what terms their users are searching for, and there are several reasons for doing this. Think about your first experiences with the internet; chances are that you were looking for a certain type of information. This is the reason why most people use the internet and search engines; they are looking for a specific type of content that fulfills their needs.

Keyword research can help you to find out what phrases and terms search engine users are putting in that relate to your particular niche. Finding what those terms are enables you to tailor your content to specifically fit the needs of your potential users, so that their need is fulfilled by coming to your site. By enabling proper keyword research techniques, you can tailor your content so that they find what they are looking for when they come to your site, the first time; that way, they don't have to go anywhere else looking for the information that they seek.

Standing Out From the Rest with Proper Keyword Research

If you want to really stand out from the rest, not only is it important to find the search terms and phrases that your potential users are looking for but it is also important to find the terms that your users are looking for that your competitors are not using. There are several keyword tools out there that can help you to find these terms, such as Overture and KeywordDiscovery.com.

Keyword research tools can also help you to find the alternate terms that people are using that many of your competitors may disregard. It may seem strange to use misspelled terms in your content, but if you have a large percentage of users that are spelling the word incorrectly you stand to get the attention of those users by incorporating those misspelled terms in your content. This is one of the best ways to increase traffic, by incorporating the proper keyword research and target traffic by gearing your content toward a specific niche market.
