Here is a brief Introduction into arguably the most beautiful country in the world. New Zealand has practically everything your mind, body or soul could ever need!
Regions to Visit - Taupo
This is the view across the lake from the absoulutely gorgeous geo-thermal town of Taupo, this lake is so big that the whole of Singapore could fit in it, its a sight to behold! Places of Beauty
All across the country, there are little pockets of beauty, hidden in the undergrowth, this waterfall located near Waitomo can only be found if you know the area, located down a small a muddy path climbing through thick vegetation, you suddenly arrive at this beautiful waterfall. Similar examples can be found all across the country! Be The First to See the Sun Rise
Here in Gisborne located on the Eastern Peninsula of New Zealand, as shown in the picture, you can be one of the first people in the world to see the sunrise. Gisborne being the first city in the world to experience the phenomena. I myself stayed at a surf lodge here, and completely fell in love with it, probably my favourite place in the world! Great stuff for New Zealand
Mud-Pools
Several areas of the country are geo-thermically active and are brilliant to visit, check out this mud pool, amazing the way they just bubble away! Rotorua is know for its geo-thermal activity with steam coming through the drains, and the sulphur egg smell inhabiting the street! Steaming Giza at Taupo - very impressive
This can be found near Taupo, one of the worlds biggest giza's, amazing to see! Natural beauty at its best. Whale Rider
This is where the film whalerider was filmed, and the place where the original book was based on. Most definetly worth a read, can be found in the Amazon section! If you get the chance to visit, go take a look, it is very pretty little village. New Guestbook
