    Very good advice. My kids (4 and 7) love to fish too. All I need to do is bring a bag of peanuts for when the fishing is slow to keep them happy

    Hi KVH - your lens is great and right on target. I've taught many children to fish, and helped run a fishing derby for many years. Children are the future of a sport that we all love. If your so, inclined, stop by and check out my lens, Learn to Fly Fish!, I've used my teaching methods to teach youngsters to fly-fish, and in the process feel that this is a major way to perpetuate fishing as sport! Keep up the good work!
