  • Reviews:

    Cons

After reading several reviews,it was noted the assembly of this kitchen/grill combo was difficult. However, a lot of reviewers did mention that even though the use of a drill or power screw driver is not recommended, it did come in handy. A majority of the reviewers stated the doors did not stay shut or were hard to close. Another frequent "con" was that the phone either fell down easily or was difficult to hang up.

    Pros

A big favorite of the Little Tikes grill kitchen are the two separate cooking areas. It is a great way to have siblings play together (but separately) if they get into a fight while playing. The gender neutral colors are also a favorite because it is great for both boys and girls. Other favorites are the "disappearing" coffee in the coffee pot and the magnetic refrigerator (that come with magnets).

Get Out 'N Grill Kids Play Grill

    by Little Tikes

Kids Play GrillThe Little Tikes Get Out N Grill kids play grill looks like a real gas grill and is equipped with burners and a sink. It comes with tongs, a spatula, a bottle of ketchup, a hot dog and a bun, and a hamburger and a bun. It is great for grilling along side of daddy or for group play like a kid's bbq party. Kids love the clicking knobs and parents love the cupboard for easy storage.

    Reviews:

Cons:A couple of reviewers mentioned the sticker for the ketchup bottle was missing, but it was quickly taken care of by the manufacturer. A few parents also wished there would have been more play food for kids that came with the grill.

Pros: Parents loved the realistic appearance which made their children feel like they were really grilling out with daddy. My BBQ Trolley Kid's Play Grill

    By PlayGo

Kids Play GrillMy BBQ Trolley looks like a real barbecue grill. It has a realistic looking propane tank and makes sizzling sounds as the food "cooks".

Not only does the grill have a realistic appearance, the food does too. The food is held together with Velcro which allows kids to "cut" through it with their play knife and cutting board. This stimulates imaginative play and allows kids to mimic the way mommy and daddy cook.

    Reviews:

Cons: The common trend among a few reviewers for this kid's play grill was the fact that it didn't have anywhere to store the food and accessories.

Pros: Parents and grandparents loved the fact that this kids toy grill was easy to assemble. They also felt this grill had more accessories (than other grills) and their children/grandchildren loved the "cut apart" food and the sizzling sound.

Charlie Coal the Grill Kid's Play Grill

    by Playskool

Kids Play GrillCharlie makes grilling realistic by making cool sizzling sounds. It comes with a hamburger and bun, hot dog and a bun, ketchup, mustard, a fork and a spatula. Charlie also makes things fun by "talking" to the ketchup, mustard, fork and spatula. Not only does he "talk", his eyes move too.

    Reviews

    Cons:

A few reviewers stated they only heard Charlie "speak" only 8 out of the 50 phrases. Another reviewer said she initially had this problem, but after the grill was switched out of DEMO mode, Charlie "spoke" all 50 phrases.

Another con noted was the fact that this grill is short. If your child wants to stand and grill with daddy, it would need to be placed on a table first.

    Pros:

After looking over multiple reviews, the one thing a lot of reviewers mentioned was the fact this toy grill is durable. While this grill is not tall enough for your child to stand up while grilling (as noted in the cons), a lot of children loved it because they were able to easily tote it around to either cook with mommy in the kitchen or grill with daddy outside.
