7 tips to lose weight
1. Plan your meals - Avoid eating out at McDonalds every night, plan your meals and always be on the lookout for some healthy and delicious meals. Make sure that these foods will reduce your calorie intake as losing weight is mostly about burning off those calories. Having a balanced, healthy diet will not only make you lose weight, you will feel better and be a better person in general.2. Find healthy alternatives - This could be as simple as choosing to drink water instead of Coke or choose leaner meats.
3. Exercise - Exercising is essential if you want to lose weight. Not only does exercising burn those calories, it makes you a lot fitter and healthy.
4. Drink lots of water - We can't live without water; water makes you grow and is very good for you. Be sure to remember that when you're exercising to burn off those fats, you need more water to keep hydrated.

5. Have lots of sleep - No one expects you to exercise and train 24/7, you need to have enough sleep each night (7 hours+) as sleep deficiency is one of your worst enemies when trying to burn off fat.
6. Be confident - No one will believe in you if you can't even believe in yourself. An attitude is very important when trying to lose weight as it's not an easy task and may take months if not years. This requires you to persevere and believe in yourself!
7. Be consistent - If you're just going to do all the above for just one week and then start slacking off, you will never lose weight. Losing weight is a long-term process and to effectively lose weight, you must be consistent and be motivated. Always read about other people's success stories and imagine how you would look in that pair of pants you never managed to fit in, just simple things like that will keep you motivated.
