Summary of Qualifications

Kim Giancaterino earned a B.A. Degree in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. While studying at UCLA, she worked as a media buyer and production assistant for a busy advertising agency. Upon graduation she was promoted to post production coordinator, supervising finishing sessions for hundreds of television commercials. Since that time, she has worked in front of the camera, as well as behind the scenes as a writer, producer, electronic graphics operator, and technical writer/editor. The latter position required a high-level government security clearance. Kim Giancaterino is also a certified fitness instructor. She taught aerobics and step training for more than 7 years, which led to an association with a local fitness network that contracted her to edit a quarterly fitness publication. Kim Giancaterino currently resides in Los Angeles, and is a notary public with special training in loan certification documents.

    Post Production Coordinator: Responsible for the editing and tagging of commercials for busy international advertising agency. Worked closely with producers, directors and editors in the post-production of television spots.

Booked crew and talent, scouted locations, secured permits, created storyboards, coordinated props and equipment.
