Kimkins is unsafe

The Kimkins Diet is unsafe due to being a potentially dangerous, very low calorie diet promoted by an obese lady, whom has no professional background in this area.

From my observations the diet promotes eating disorders, as a lot of members become afraid to eat.

It promotes a constant feeling of nausea as a sign the diet is working.

Appears to be heavily marketed to teenagers through intentionally spreading un-true rumours that popular celebrities lost their weight on kimkins and submitted articles and blogging about them. But also by answering questions by young teenagers (such as 14 year old girls) on yahoo answers promoting the diet.

Kimmer, has told a  non overweight 14 year old girl whom was a member, that she didn't need to eat more then 500 calories a day!

Due to its very low calorie nature it carries the risks associated with very low calorie diets but to a larger degree in my eyes as there are no guidelines or minimums, nothing to ensure proper nutrition. It is nutritionally bankrupt.

Kimmer, insists that you do not need calories as long as you have fat on your body.

Kimmer, also promoted water fasting, often mentioning a study on an obese person whom fasted for 382 days as proof.

The Kimkins Diet is a scam due to its fraudulent nature because...

Kimmer, claimed to have lost almost 200 pounds in 11 months and kept it off following her diet and maintained for 5 years. She has since been shown to be morbidly obese.

Kimmer's after photos were fake, her popular red dress pic was found on a russian bride site.

The majority of Kimmer's success stories were also faked. Kimmer made up the stories as well as used fake photos from Russian bride websites and maybe others. 

Kimmer, collected donations from her members for her foster kids that is alleged to be un-true at that time.
