What is the Kindle Fire? Amazon has been making eReaders since 2007, electronic book readers that can access hundreds of free e-books and current best-sellers. Now, with the 4th-generation Amazon Kindle Fire, magazines, video games and webpages are displayed in millions of colors, in portrait format and wide-screen. Two new Kindles have a touch-screen to flip through pages with the swipe of a finger.
We use this book reader for work as a table computer to show graphics and drawings to clients. So, the color display and good image quality is the most important thing (at the lowest price). The Kindle Fire is very good as an eReader, I was surprised at how fast you can surf the internet, and it's easy to store PDF documents to use in a meeting and access color magazines to read while commuting.
