Let's assume you know how to Read your Book on Kindle for PC already:
Once you have a book opened on your Kindle PC Reader, on the top right hand side of your kindle pc reader is a blank search bar, then
1. Type in the word you are searching for
2. Hit enter, or the little search icon that's in the search bar
3. At that point "Matches Found" will be listed on the right hand side, and the pages will individually list showing where the word is.
4. Select the page you want to go to
5. Note: You can scroll on the "Matches Found" List - and you will see a red bar that will remind you "You were here" - that way you can get back to where you were once you are done your search.
6. When you are done with your search, just click the "little x" on the top left hand side of the "Matches Found" box.
