I bake all the time in my work as a food writer, and this is my favorite cookie sheet. It's sturdy, easy to clean and distributes the heat perfectly.
Peppermint Kiss Cookies Step 4
Roll the Dough

Pinch off about a teaspoon of the peppermint dough and a teaspoon of the pink dough and stick them together to form a ball. Don't knead the dough - you want to have two distinct sides to the cookies - half pink and half white. Place on cookie sheets lined with Silpat mats.
Peppermint Kiss Cookies Step 5
Bake and Finish Your Kiss Cookies

Bake the kiss cookies in the preheated oven for 10-14 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven, and immediately press an unwrapped Hershey kiss in the center of each cookie. Let the kiss cookies cool completely before serving.
Yield: 24 cookies.
