Kissing With Morning Breath! Pucker Up Lover!
Everyone feels embarrassed and uncomfortable about kissing with morning breath.
One of the delights of a relationship is being able to roll over in bed and kiss your partner, lover, spouse, soul mate - or cat - in the morning without bad breath ruining that moment.
And yet there is something we can do that really will prevent morning breath. It's just a question of understanding what causes morning breath and why it is so common at that hour of the day. Once we have that worked out, then knowing how to prevent morning breath is super easy.
Kissing with morning breath - the cause
Kissing is good - morning breath is bad!
As you slept - maybe with your mouth open (you know who you are!) - your mouth has dried out. The saliva flow dries up as your brain tells your automatic system that you're asleep not preparing to dine and it can switch off for awhile.
I guess it avoids you dribbling in your sleep!
Anyway, this, combined with the constant flow of air over your palate makes the inside of your mouth, your tongue and your throat very dry.
And that dry environment is a perfect breeding ground for the anaerobic sulfur-producing bacteria that cause morning breath.
If you feel that the problem is caused through gum disease then the Ultimate Gum Solution- Oral Hygiene for Gum Disease is a great solution.
How to prevent morning breath
I wanna be kissing WITHOUT the morning breath!

You simply add one or two tablets of Aktiv-Oxigen to an 8 oz. bottle of water and use as a mouth wash and gargle.
Then rinse and gargle as normal and spit the solution out.
THEN - and this is the real secret to prevent morning breath - let the next rinse slowly trickle down your throat and coat your throat and tonsils with this powerful oxygenating solution.
Drink 4-5 capfuls of this solution before going to bed and your morning breath disappears! As quick and discreet as that!
The oxygenation attacks the bacteria that cause the smelly sulfur production on the very back of your tongue, throat and tonsils. This is the only way to reach that area.
If you do this just before bedtime your throat will be coated for the entire night and virtually eliminates morning breath.
Is that not a tip worth knowing before your next romantic "all-nighter"!

- When I wake up in the mornings, I know my breath is horrible! So I won't kiss or talk to my hubby until I brush my teeth. I wish my hubby felt the same way. He tries to kiss me first thing (gagging me in the process). I think I'm going to start sticking a breath mint in his mouth before he wakes up. Great Lens.

- It's lovely that your hubby wants to start the day with a kiss but I do sympathize! It really is hard to stay romantic when a partner has morning breath that would stop a charging rhino, no matter how much you love them.
A perfect candidate for Aktiv-Oxigen!
