growth.
Since these studies where don, four other studies have confirmed them and have done additional studies. It is now known that Almonds have benefits to the Heart. Calculations suggest that by eating nuts daily, the eater will gain an extra five to six years life, free of coronary disease. It will lower the risk of having a stroke, of developing dementia, arrests macular degeneration and also lowers the risk of gallstones.
