You dump everything in before leaving for work, and you come home to a flavorful, tender, slow- cooked meal. Have a few dependable recipes for salads, pasta, casseroles, stews, and soups and have them on rotation. Simple does not necessarily mean boring. Just don't be afraid to mix things up.
