Vicki's Whipped Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients:
8oz (500g) cream cheese
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
1.5 cups icing sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Leave cream cheese and margarine to sit until room temperature. Put them in the bowl and beat with flat beater at speed 2 for 6 minutes. Switch to the wire whip for 10 minutes at speed 6. Add sugar and mix for 1 minute at speed 2. Add icing sugar and mix for 1 minute. Add vanilla extract and mix for 1 minute at speed 10.

This is a large batch that will ice two big cakes, and can frost rolls and other confections.

The pink model is identical to the standard artisan mixer, but $50 of each purchase will go to the Komen Foundation.
