What is a Kiwi Berry?

Kiwi berries, also known as hardy kiwis, are a breed of kiwis that ripen while still small. You can eat a kiwi berry with the skin and, if ripe, it's the sweetest, tastiest kiwi you've ever had!

There's only a few farms that grow kiwi berries, so they're pricey. But, since they're not well known, they're a great way to impress guests or friends at the dinner table.

Kiwis full of vitamins and antioxidants. Kiwi berries have all the benefits of their larger cousins, but are much easier to eat.

Having spent half my lunch break fighting with an unripe kiwifruit from Morrison's I might just consider growing these! :)
