Welcome to klieneine's Lensography.

Hi world, I'm klieneine! You may be wondering, what the heck is a Lensography? Well a lensography is a collection of lenses compiled in one place, but it is also so much more. It is a lens about a lensmaster, the ultimate SquidWho, and it is a piece of their personality -an autobiography written in Lenses. It is a sneak peek into the world of your favorite Lensmasters, through their hobbies and interests. I hope you enjoy my Lensography and I hope that it inspires you to create your own!

What's in a name?

The origin of klieneine

I always find it interesting the names that we choose for ourselves in our online lives. For those of you like me, who are curious of the origins of people screen names, I will share mine. klieneine has been a nickname since I was in high school. It is a combination of two German words kliene meaning little, and eine meaning one, Therefore when put together klieneine means "little one".

My Squidoo Story

How I got started on Squidoo

I found Squidoo in the summer of 2006 after reading someone's post on a work at home forum. When I first stumbled upon Squidoo, I thought it was a great idea and I created a few lenses. But soon life distracted me and I drifted away. I didn't come back to Squidoo again until September of 2008, when after logging in to my PayPal account I saw a payment from Squidoo for about $3. I wandered back over to Squidoo to see how I had made this money and found that my Unique Vegetarian T-shirts lens and my Vermiculture lens had been making me some money while I was away. This got me really excited so I started making a few new lenses, and then I found the SquidU forum and the rest is history. Now I am addicted to Squidoo and I am trying to become a Giant Squid. I love Squidoo because I see results from my work almost immediately. Each month I get more and more visitors and each month since returning in September my earnings have doubled and some months tripled.

This Lens Is Dedicated To the Memory of Brutus and Caesar

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

It's A Doggie Dog World Lensography

As you can see from the pictures of my pup Brutus above, I love dogs and all thing doggie. So consequently, I have lots of Dog Related Lenses, so many in fact that I have decided to create a separate lensography where I feature them. I have also taken the opportunity to highlight some of my favorite dog lenses from other awesome squidoo lensmasters. So if you want to check out the latest in Dog Couture, pick out a great new designer Dog Bed or just learn something new then venture on over to It's a Doggie Dog World Lensography and join the conversation at the Dog House.

Best. Movies. Ever.

Here are my all time favorite Movies

I love to watch movies and watch them just about every night before bed. So as you can imagine I have a huge list of favorites. I'll try to limit my list to only my favoritist (I know, not a real word) favorites, but gee, it's awful hard to choose. =)

Star Wars Trilogy

Star Wars Trilogy

Okay, I'm a Star Wars Fan. Not so crazy about the new Episodes I, II and III, but I love the originals. My favorite is IV, but I also Like V and VI. I have all six and on rainy days, I like to pop them into the DVD player and spend the day in bed with my Star Wars Marathon.1 point

Ghostbusters

Ghostbusters

If you are a fan of Bill Murray you will want to add this movie to your collection. The hilarious tale of three PhD's who after losing there position with the paranormal department of a New York University, decide to start a business busting Ghosts. Bill Murray is a laugh a minute as Dr. Peter Venkman, with his sarcastic view of the business and his partners, Ray and Egon.1 point

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Widescreen Edition)

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Widescreen Edition)

Okay, I admit it. I am a Harry Potter Fan. I have read all of the books and watched all of the movies. So far, Year One is still my favorite as far as the movies go, but I'll always love the books more.1 point

Clue

Clue

One of the Funniest Unpopular Movies Ever. Clue features all of the colorful character names, unlikely murder weapons, and Victorian mansion settings, that you will recognize from the Parker Brothers Board Game, but tracking down the murderer in the movie version of Clue requires a good deal more than a note pad, a pencil and a deck of cards, and its a lot funnier. Tim Curry is featured in this film as Wadsworth, the butler, and his witty commentary through out the film will keep you laughing....0 points

The Princess Bride (20th Anniversary Edition)

The Princess Bride (20th Anniversary Edition)

What do you get when you take your typical fairy-tale-fantasy-love-story and throw in a few pirates, giants, swashbuckling Spaniards, evil geniuses, dungeons w/ torture devices and six-fingered men?

Possibly the best family movie of the 1980's. The Princess Bride is a fantasy love story between Princess Buttercup and her sweet, charming Wesley, that's plot turns in hilarious, witty and unexpected ways that keep you on your toes.0 points

Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Special Edition)

Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Special Edition)

Monty Python And The Holy Grail is a hilarious send-up of the Middle Ages as told through the story of King Arthur and framed by a modern-day murder investigation.
If you love British Humor than you are probably already a fan of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The film is packed with dry British wit, hilarious absurdities and Shrubbery. Need I say more?0 points

Citizen Kane (Two-Disc Special Edition)

Citizen Kane (Two-Disc Special Edition)

If you aren't a film student or a fan of AFI's Top 100 List, then you might not have seen Citizen Kane. If you haven't, I highly recommend the film. It is an amazing example of cinematography and cinema choreography.0 points

Robin Hood - Men in Tights

Robin Hood - Men in Tights

Cary Elwes stars as Robin Hood, the dashing defender of the down-trodden, who along with his merry men and Maid Marion, resides in Sherwood Forest. There they have become together to fight against the seriously neurotic Prince John, the not quite-evil Sheriff of Rottingham, and the mad sorceress Latrine.
This Mel Brooks spin on the Robin Hood Story is chock full of romance, men in green tights, and hilariously funny songs and characters.0 points

Spaceballs

Spaceballs

Spaceballs is possibly the best Sci-Fi spin off ever. Spoofing nearly every big sci fi movie of it's time, you will find hilarious references from Star Wars, Star Trek, Planet of the Apes, Alien, 2001: A Space Odyssey ("...they've gone to plaid!") and many more. Some of the Notable characters are Dark Helmet, Pizza the Hut, and Yogurt (played by Mel Brooks).0 points
