The House

Harmony lives here...the house keeps you in touch with the surrounding elements in such subtle ways that you wonder why you feel so good . A spacious verandah waits to accomodate your drifting moods and a large green cushion of a lawn extends down to your own private beach cove. Here, you can decide whether to launch off in to the crystal blue seas using the kayaks perched by your side, or just melt gently into the warm caribbean sea.

The Grounds

Centering the garden is a huge seagrape tree, from which the house has fetched its name. With its broad leaves and natural canopy extending to the edge of a rock crested pool. You can rest blissfully in a shaded hammock. while observing your children at play Behind the house is a private tennis court which may be lit for games in the cool of the night.

The Rooms
There are three bedrooms in the main house ~ two upstairs, one downstairs. Cheerful colours and tasteful art play on the walls. In the adjacent cottage, just a couple steps away from the front entrance lay two smaller bedrooms. Seagrapes manages to maintain that warm homelike feeling while also being an extraordinary place - nothing overstated, but everything in balance - like the sea, sun and wind..

The Location

Seagrapes is a 60 minute ride along the scenic North Coast Highway. Just enough time to let you unwind and take a look at your new surroundings. As you pass through small villages and quaint countryside shops you are carefully being transported into the vacation of which dream are made.

The Staff

With staff gracefully appearing at the perfect moment to address your needs, you may dare to say that Seagrapes offers something unique - a magical world, all of its own.

Staff

The staff are the soul of any villa. It is often your villa staff, with their lively humour and willing ways that you remember most fondly about your entire villa experience.

Your butler is Robbie, who discretely appears at the right moment with your drink in the evening and resurfaces in the early morning tending to your garden in an entirely different role.

Your house keeper, Laura Lee , always has a ready smile during any part of her lovingly attentive work keeping up with your family holiday.

Blossom, your assistant housekeeper, whom you are not sure if she is really there until you ask for her, them she appears before you know it.

Kurline - the house manager.
Nothing passes Kurline unnoticed. She has a keen eye on everything that will keep your holiday running seamlessly.
She operates quietly from the kitchen , but is firmly in charge as she defines the next flavour you are about to experience.

Last Day Tipping
It is customary to tip your staff at the conclusion of your stay.
An appropriate gratuity is
10-15% of the villa rental.

This would be divided among the staff members according to their
seniority and service provided.

It is also appropriate to tip your
van driver approximately 10%
after they drop you off
at the airport on your return home.

Typically the largest tip percentage would go to the cook,
with the remained divided up
among the other staff members.

We typically place the tip in individual envelopes for each staff member.
We give it to them when the van picks us up to leave for the airport.

Rental Option

* Villa rates are weekly.
* Minimum stay is 4 nights during summer season and 7 nights during winter season.
* There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week.
* Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge.
o Rates include General Consumption Tax (GCT).
o Rates include full villa staff.(cook, housekeeper, laundress, butler/gardener)
o Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply
