Samhain, Halloween, all Hallows. This area of the sky includes mot of Virgo, including the star Spica, and most of Bootes, including the star Arcturus. Also includes the constellations of Libra and Centaurus. This section of the zodiac, from Libra to Scorpio, is called the Via Combusta, the Burning Way, and is considered unlucky (Liz Hazel)

Cups is the suit of emotion, inner states, feelings, relationships, memories, spiritual experiences. This suit talks about friendship, family, love and happiness. In it's negative form it can represent anger, resentment, misunderstandings, hurt, pain, rejection, disputes, divorce, conflict, inconsiderate behaviour.

The cup is the container of something sacred.

It is the suit of artists, musicians, creativity, healing, imagination.

If the emotional body is not clear it can drain our life force energy. We can't get things done the way we could if things are flowing smoothly on that level. I am going to show you an image of the Knight of Cups, it is a beautiful image. I love all the blues and greens on this card. On this card you see the Knight, he is on a white horse. This to me represents or if it is representing a person in your life or a man in your life. Then it is representing a man who has a great sense of integrity and impeccability. He has the wings on his back. He is an uplifting person. Some one who encourages you to step out and do your best in life. he is not wearing a helmet. he is the only knight in the Tarot who doesn't wear a helmet. This is means he is honest, in his true authentic self. I am what I am. And honest.He is putting his true nature self out in the world with a willingness to trust. He is riding a white horse. The white horse is a symbol of power and strength. Also it is coming from an integrated and spiritual source. A horse represents momentum, movement and power. Going to your souls development and your spiritual maturity and how your making connections and things are clicking on you life and you are getting a greater understanding of who you truly are. The Knight is reaching up into the clouds and he is holding a grail. This is the Holy Grail. The Holy Grail is like integrating and understanding our self as an aspect of the divine. That's we are all pursuing, it is with in. us. There is a saying that if you don't find it with in, you will never find it out side of your self. The grail is holding a astrological symbol of Cancer the Crab. This is about emotional loyalty. If it is about you it is about being true to your self. If a man in your life, trust him he is loyal. When you look at the back ground of this card you see all of these beautiful watery images. This shows how the Knight is rising out of his emotional waters. So I think he is rising above our dramas and traumas and moving beyond the ego. When you look at the bottom of the card you see the peacock feathers. There are a lot of meanings about the peacock feathers. Some of them are about ego. This shows he has been able to move beyond the little me and the ego. He is up lifted because of that. You see the swirls and turbulence in the back ground. It shows he or you have moved beyond the turbulence the emotional muddy waters. The peacock can represent our soul in some cultures or the third eye awakening. I think it is also about healing. So this is a really powerful and beautiful card. it shows a lot of good things coming into your life. If it is upside down it will have a bit of a different meanings. You want to look on my Blog.
