Are You Looking for Great Ideas for Knitted Vest Patterns?

If you are looking for hints and ideas on using and finding knitted vest patterns, then you've come to the right place! I've been knitting for myself, my husband, my children, and their friends for years now and absolutely love all of the knitted vest patterns I've found.

Knitting started out as a hobby and way to release stress and exercise my imagination and creativity.. and became a profitable business for me. I started knitting while my children were still small, my 4 kids are all in high school now (about to graduate) and now I knit not just for fun but for profit too!

Knitting is so popular now that there are even bible study programs for knitting groups!

Tips on Finding Knitted Vest Patterns

Creation made using Knitted Vest Patterns
by Pearlzenith
If you love using knitted vest patterns to make pretty vests for men, women, children, and babies, then you know how difficult it can sometimes be to find really original and pretty patterns.

I've looked in many, many places because knitting a vest is one of the projects I do with my knitting class students. This is how I know how difficult it is to find really different patterns that are cool yet easy to follow as well!

The knitted vest patterns I currently use with my students are: 1. Knitting Essentials and 2. Vintage Knitting

They are two books that include literally hundreds of different patterns including knitted vest patterns, have illustrations, and really easy instructions to follow. The instructions are so easy to follow that I've used these patterns in my classes every year for over the past 7 years and still haven't found another pattern book that is better!

To find out what I use for the knitting classes I teach twice a year and what I recommend to my students to get started knitting or get started in business knitting, visit my profile where I created a list for my students.

Making Money Using Knitted Vest Patterns

by Rilana Knits
If you've read any of my other lenses on knitting, you know that I've been knitting for years and that I teach knitting classes.

I really love knitting and started it out for mere entertainment. When my children were still small, I used to use knitted vest patterns to make them vests and to make some for their friends as Christmas gifts.

That eventually turned into the parents requesting that I make vests for them and for them to give away as gifts as well... that is how I got started making money using knitted vest patterns. I now sell different knitted clothing in my store. Still, if you had told me I would be where I am today five years ago, I would have laughed! I can't tell you enough how helpful the book I used to get the business started was!
