I'm not sure how many people suffer from this but I have been going through Anxiety Disorder since I was old enough to remember. I was maybe 7 when I had my first attack. I felt like I couldn't breath and my mom rushed me to the ER.

They said they couldn't find anything wrong with me. It was so scary to feel like that. The Dr's told my mom it was all in my head. At the time panic attacks in children were unheard of, and that was the sad part. I had to live like that until I was 11 or so and they went away for awhile. When I was around 18 it started again.

I was out with my boyfriend , I couldn't breath and felt like I was having a heart attack. He called 911 and they sent an ambulance. Thats when the EMT asked me if I had heard of Anxiety Attacks. The EMT took me to the ER and the Dr's talked me through it, it took about an hour or so before I calmed down. Anyone who has experienced an Anxiety Attack can tell you they are no fun.

It's much easier now, I have learned to cope with the attacks.

It doesn't matter what kind of bug it is, it could be a simple ant. I am scared of bugs. When I see one, it's like I can feel it crawl on my skin. I know that sounds weird but it's true. I start screaming and running, I guess it's kind of funny. Actually when I'm busy and the boys really want to get my attention, they mention spider or any bug and I'm right up. The thought of an insect makes my skin crawl!!!

When the boys were smaller I noticed they were scared of bugs, it was then I realized that they were reacting to what they had seen me do. I had to explain it to them.

This is how I explained it:
Girls are made out sugar and spice,
Boys are made out of bugs and mice

Theirs a little more to it then that but that was a start.

I guess you can say it helped some. Austin got over the fear, Michael on the other hand is somewhat getting over it. Thats just another way of saying, kids do as they see.

I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping everyone happy. The whole family has their own game system therefore we all play against each other in the video games. I would much rather be on the computer when I have time. The kids like me playing with them just so they can beat me. What they don't know is I let them win. (sometimes)

Every year we travel somewhere, I love to travel. Usually we go to Gatlinburg, Florida or someplace new. The kids are used to traveling so usually it's a great road trip.

With all the boys, we have lots of sports going on. We shoot hoops, and play baseball. With the kids being out of school its that time again.

As far as what I like personally.
I love my digital camera, I take lots of pictures.
I like all music except Hard Rock. When I'm cleaning I'll turn on the jams, It seems to help me go faster.
I like meeting new friends, I am a people person.
I love to read,
After everyones turned in for the night it's computer time, thats my favorite past time.

The best thing I love is life, I want to be happy, healthy, and maybe soon be rich!!!(Ha)
Maybe thats going to extremes.

I enjoy life itself, I could go on, and on, and on, but I think you get the idea..
I like to kid around some, so please don't take it personally.

Oh yea, I'm a procastonator, I need to work on that.

The internet is the place to be these days, I was actually looking for a WAHM job when I came across Squidoo. I had read about the scams, and people losing thousands of dollars so I was afraid to try these sites. When I came across Squidoo, the free build your on Lens site, I had to peep in and see what the fuss was all about.

Since day 1 I have been addicted. Building great lenses takes time, and patience, for someone like me. I want to absorb as much information as possible, so right now I'm reading, more then building.

I haft to admit, I have never been much of a blogger. The other sites I have which are Myspace and Facebook are mostly to have fun and meet friends. This is my first time ever blogging on the web.

Squidoo is the place to be when you are learning, if you have a question, people jump at the chance to help you. If you are wanting information about building lenses just type in the search box. The way I see Squidoo, everyone is here to help you succeed.
