Kong Toys For Dogs
Kong Toys For Dogs are great fun, tough, resilient and entertaining making them perfect for any dog whatever their size, breed or temperament. There are a great range of toys from this excellent company and you can pretty much match any dog to a toy that they will enjoy playing with as well as being virtually indestructible, they won't be able to break it. At least not right away!
Kong Toys For Dogs
Kong Toys For Dogs are just the best things for playing with your dogs. They give the dog endless fun and enjoyment as well as the human taking part! The great thing about these toys are the indestructible element, meaning that no matter how rough your dog wants to play, the toy will stand up to it. Now that doesn't mean a full size rottweiler with a jaw of iron won't be able to rip one of these to shreds with a lot of will and determination, but even the most powerful jaws will have a real hard time making any headway into one of these babies!
There are many Kong toys for dogs in the range, but probably the best one to start your dog off on is the classic red, hollow, odd shaped rubber toy that I'll talk about in the next section.

What Are Kong Toys For Dogs?
Kong Toys For Dogs are tough, resilient, rubber toys shaped in a sort of half football with ridges and a hollowed out end.
This makes them perfect for dogs to chew away at without them being able in most cases to destroy the toy!
The best part about the classic Kong dog toys is that they are designed to teach your dog not to chase down their prey in a straight line and kill it when they catch it, as a regular ball will do.
The odd shape of the classic Kong dog toy means that when you throw it for your dog, it will bounce around in all different directions as well as roll in a crazy arc and change directions too making it impossible for your dog to chase it in a straight line.
This causes your dog to change tack often and it engages their brain and their physique to cope with a rapidly changing situation whereby they have to make quick decisions about direction and speed of running when chasing the toy as well as quickly altering their perception and judgement as to where the toy will land next so they can catch it in their jaws.
That last part is also made more difficult by the odd shape as a dog will not always be able to grasp it in their jaws at first grab, but often cause the toy to go sailing off in another different set of directions for the dog to chase down again.
What it boils down to is a lengthier game for the dog, less work for you, the owner and more fun all around as it can be hilarious watching your dog going crazy trying to catch something that simply will not play by the rules they are used to!
Its a real winner in my household and the dogs love it!
