Who is Kristen Bell

Kristen is in the middle of 3 different movie projects (in addition to doing the voiceover on Gossip Girl). She has been working on an animated feature called Sheepish for some time where she lends her voice for the character of Marybelle. That movie seems to be continually pushed back from release. Hopefully we'll see it this year.

Meanwhile, she has another comedy that will be released in 2010. Called You Again, Kristen's character, Marni, discovers that her brother is planning on marrying a girl that used to bully her back in high school and decides to bring her brother's fiancee's true colors to light. With Kristin Chenoweth, Sigourney Weaver, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

And finally, in November of 2010, Bell is scheduled to appear in the interestingly titled Burlesque, where she will play Nikki, a smalltown girl who moves to L.A. and finds herself at a burlesque club. The one is currently filming and has Christina Aguilera (her first movie), Stanley Tucci and Cher attached to the project.

Plus Bell's name has been attached to a movie called Dance of the Mirlitons. Her character is named Corinne and others lined up are Chloe Moretz (most recently in Diary of a Wimpy Kid Jackie Earle Haley & Bailee Madison.

Yet another movie Bell just completed is a movie called Movie 43 where she will appear as "Supergirl" (wait, WHAT?!) with Emma Stone, Naomi Watts, Gerard Butler, Anna Faris, Justin Long (as Robin - really lol), Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, Elizabeth Banks, the list goes on and on. Kristen Bell in a tight little superhero costume? Um, YES please.
