Krumplis tészta (Hungarian potato pasta) recipe

Ingredients
- 3 large cooked potatoes
- diced
- 1/2 onion
- diced
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika + 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup pasta
- Polish kielbasa
- diced (however much you want it's optional)
Instructions
#1 - In oil, saute the onions until they start to become transparent, put in diced up polish kielbasa and leave it there for couple of minutes.
#2 - Once the onions & kielbasa are done, put it into a large cooking pot, and add cooked diced potatoes.
#3 - Stir in 1 tablespoon of paprika.
#4 - Pour in water to cover the mix. Wait til it boils.
#5 - Start simmering.
#6 - Allow water to evaporate.
#7 - Cook pasta, make sure to rinse it with cold water and drain it.
#8 - Add pasta to the large cooking pot.
#9 - Add remaining 1/2 teaspoon of Hungarian paprika (if you don't like it cause it's too hot, then add more of the sweet paprika).
#10 - Heat thoroughly until it'll become mushy and most of the water evaporates.
#11 - Serve :-)
