University of Kentucky basketball -- the premier college basketball program in America.

Kentucky is the winningest program in NCAA division I history, the only program to reach the Final Four in every decade from the 1940's - 1990's, and the only program to win National Championships under four different coaches. The list goes on and on... UK has more tournament appearances, more tournament victories, and is in the top three in Final Four appearances, National Championships, and seven other championship statistical categories.

And it's not all ancient history -- despite what was (by UK standards!) a couple of recent "down years", Kentucky is still solidly among the elite programs. And with the recent hiring of new head coach Billy Gillispie and several very high profile recruiting coups, Big Blue Nation is again excited about our program!

All that and Ashley Judd too!
