Labrador Retrievers- The Most Popular Dog Breed
According to the AKC (American Kennel Club), the Labrador Retriever was the most popular dog breed in 2005. It's no wonder. They are beautiful dogs and are very affectionate.
We have a Lab mix and I would love to put his picture on this page, but he's terrified of the camera. So, I've put a beautiful Labrador Retriever's photo up instead. Pippa is also shy (around people), but not around cameras. Pippa is from South Africa.

- My Black Lab Maggie Mae got loose out of my fence not sure who opened the gate. I was watching tv she had been outside about five mins and I heard a scratch and bark at the front door I let her out back and walked out the gate and come to the front door. They are great and thank god Maggie Mae came to the door instead of running off.
