It was a Sunday afternoon and we had just been let out of a church service at Faith Hope Love Church in Moorhead, MN (Pastor Ron Bakken). It is well known that the devil and his gang attend church services too. They come to steal the Word that was spoken before it reaches our heart, because the Spoken Word from God brings Life. The devils game is to steal, kill and destroy; so his tactics are easy to spot on.

As I stood in the foyer I saw two big hairy demons standing by each other talking. I heard on say, "Did you see what she was wearing?" ... and then I heard the other demon say, "Yeah, I'm surprised she wore that short skirt to church." --- Now, this is where it got real interesting to hear "gossiping spirits". --- There were some ladies that started talking to each other, and they repeated exactly what the demons had just said, to each other. (gossiping spirits)

Those two ladies were distracted from the Word that was spoken, and it was stolen from their hearts right away by what the demons said. They didn't see the demons, but those thoughts entered their minds, and they thought they were their own thoughts. Ever hear the saying "the devil told me so"? That's what this was. What an eye opener that was for me to see and hear what was going on in the spirit realm, and then to see and hear it in the natural.

I have shared some of my angelic encounters on Tipi"s...I Believe in Angels, and I have posted orb photos I have taken on Orb Pictures by Susie Lehto I had not yet shared any of my encounters with demons, until now. This happened in the fall of 2005 one night while laying by the fire in the tipi at bed time.

Living in a tipi with a fire to keep warm and enjoy is restful, peaceful, and meditative. This particular night as I was laying there with my eyes getting tired and falling asleep. I sensed the presence of something or someone near, that was wasn't there before. I saw a spirit-being walk through one wall of the tipi, walk across to the other side and out through that tipi canvas wall it departed. It was ugly, with the body of some kind of hoofed animal from the the waste down. It had the upper torso of a man and arms, and a head with horns like a ram's. Its tongue was out and seemed very long, and its face was hideous. I felt a chill in the warmth of the tipi for a moment. This was not my first encounter with a demon. I wasn't in fear, so I went to sleep as I prayed. Somehow, I had a knowing the it would return.

During the night I was awakened by something on top of me and it was strangling me. It was as if I was immobilized and could not call out for help from a friend who was sleeping near by. I remember getting angry, because I couldn't scream or reach my arm far enough to hit my friend in the head (we slept head to head). The fire had gone out and their were only coals giving off light and heat. It seemed like this demon attack lasted for a whole minute as I tried to struggle hopelessly. All I was able to do is pray silently within and ask for help, and suddenly the demon was gone. I didn't see it go, I didn't feel it go, it was just gone. Then, I sat up and stirred the fire a bit and gave thanks, before I returned to sleep.

In the morning, I told my friend who was there about what happened. I believed that it was Incubus, who is a demon that normally has sex with small children while they are sleeping. This seemed odd to me because I'm not a child, even though I am small. I remember this like it happened yesterday.

I never opened the gate for this demon to come in. I've never seen it again.
