Interesting Facts about Lady Gaga Music Videos Revealed

Lady Gaga Music VideosIn June 2010, eccentric music artist Lady Gaga released a video she never expected to be controversial. The video was for her third single from "The Fame Monster" album entitled "Alejandro". In the video, Gaga is portrayed as a holy figure, which raised both good reviews and criticisms from conservatives. In a particular scene, Gaga dresses herself as a nun in a saintly image reminiscent of Joan of Arc. Conservatives questioned Gaga's interpretation of the Rosary she was holding in the middle part of the video; but in a statement released by her camp, Gaga defended her interpretation as something she calls her "holy side". Just like "Alejandro", the music videos of Lady Gaga have always been controversial, and have always sparked genuine public interest.

Lady Gaga Eh Eh

Another video that is a good example of this is Lady Gaga Eh Eh.

The video for "Eh Eh" was directed by Joseph Kahn and was shot on location in a Los Angeles neighborhood. The video features Gaga riding a Vespa and spending time with friends in the neighborhood. The two Harlequin Danes from the "Poker Face" video appear in a cameo role. The video was inspired by the crossover Italian and American 50s decade which, according to Kahn, is a period that has always fascinated the singer. Gaga explained in an interview that through the video, she was able to effortlessly show her lighter side as an artist and her girly side that is rarely seen.

Lady Gaga Love game

This show of femininity is a huge contrast to the image she depicts in the Lady Gaga Love Game video. This video for her third single is said to be Gaga's tribute to Michael Jackson's short film "Bad". Also directed by Kahn, the video encountered censorship concerns from several US music channels for its suggestive sexual content. The video was given an M rating from the Network Ten cable channel in Australia and was prohibited in some Asian countries. The video shows Gaga in a black leather ensemble seductively dancing with male background dancers dressed in police uniform. MTV and VH1 agreed to air the edited version of the music video to avoid censorship issues.
