Lady Gaga Crime Scene Costume

If you're feeling very brave and have the body to carry this look off (and I really wouldn't recommend it when it's cold!) then you could purchase some crime scene tape and wrap it around your body. You'll probably want someone to help you with this.
Another option is to buy a nude bodysuit
so that you don't feel quite so exposed and wear the crime scene tape over that.
Lady Gaga Jail Bird Costume
The eyeshadow is a silver with a dark grey for definition and false eyelashes (a Lady Gaga specialty) along with heavy black eyeliner. To achieve this eyeliner look a liquid eyeliner works best.
Next is the red lipstick and for a finishing touch use an eye pencil to add a beauty spot under the right eye.

To complete the look you will also need some black fishnet tights and black lace up ankle boots that I've provided for you below.

For this costume you'll need a long blonde and yellow two tone wig, a stars and stripes bandana, Uncle Sam bikini and silver lace up boots.
As far as the make up goes you'll need to pop on some false eyelashes and surround your eyes in thick black eye liner Cleopatra style. Red lipstick and then we need to 'do' the star. This is best done with face paint and is a silver star with a black outline.
I would do the outline of a star in silver and color it in, then use the black to trace around the outside of the star (that way you can cover up any shaky lines easily).
Now Lady Gaga also wears some red gloves with this costume. These gloves just have fingers and I haven't been able to track the exact pair down for you, but I have found some red cropped gloves that are close enough that no one will know the difference.Mini Cropped Red Gloves

The ones featured here are also satin and come in black as well as red. If you can get some stars and stripes nail tips you could wear them instead as that was what Beyonce wore and I think the effect would be great.
