- Your right Landspan cut drivers pay 2 1/2 cents per mile or 5 cents to the truck. Not only that, but quit matching our 401K. We are getting no miles, and very poor paychecks. They are becoming 1 of the worst companies to work for. There drivers mean absolutely nothing to them. They claim they are debt free with millions of dollars, but they take from the drivers and make there bill folds bigger. The sad part is they still run you on the same loads, like UPS, Conway, etc...and paying you less money. I wouldn't advise anyone to work for them.

- So what now??? Now Landspan is cutting Drivers pay.. yeah I see its a real good Company to drive for. Whats next ? Chapter 11? Get out why you can i say.

- My wife and I worked for Landspan for a short time. As a former fleet owner I understand the slow times and with the economy bad that was a bigger hurtle. Landspan is a pretty run of the mill company. Great people, fair equipment, good customer base. The reason we did not last was due to the home time. They hated to send you home but when it was time to go home they got you there but only for a short period. 4 weeks out with 4 days home. Not good for us. ALOT of sitting. Some people say they would not put up with sitting, well we do not either. Our driver mgr (Angela) was great but there is only so much they can do. My opinion, it is a good company for people that have no home life and love to be on the road. They are upfront about the hometime and everything else in orientation. I am not complaining, just posting my opinion. I have since went back to a PDQ/TL Express in Grove City, OH. 5500 mi/week, home 3 days a week. .44 cpm. Happy again. BTW, I am going fishing today.;-)

- You been with lspn for 5 Years? You must not have any Bills. And how can you pay your Bills when there is no Money to pay with? Rework your Bills? Bills are Bills and you cant pay them if there is no Money. And it is wasnt slow just this Year or the past its been slow. So acording to you its the Drivers fault. Funny thing about that cause everyone we talk to and we still have Friends there are going broke. Funny aint it. And where did u hear about lspn dropping Conway? Just another of the many lies Lspn tells. Go on keep on kissing Roger Reeds behind. We are glad we quit. Now we run 5500-7000 miles a Week and happy. So no its not slow everywhere like lspn wants you to believe. How is that fav. saying they tell you / " ITS THE ECONOMY" . enough said.
