There are many language packages on the market today. Many of them are similar and some are not what they claim to be. Few are affordable and even less make learning a new language fun and easy allowing you to stay with the program long enough to see results.

Well, here is some good news: I ran across the Rocket Language learning programs and I find them to be just about the best packages for the money out there!

If you are in the market for Spanish, German, or French software packages, then you are in luck! Rocket Languages offer packages that will not only get you results fast, but more importantly, with ease and with results that will stay with you long term.The Rocket programs utilize various methods and proven language learning techniques. The packages use visual and audio aids to target your specific learning capabilities. Repetition and interaction with recordings of native speakers will fine tune your ears to hearing a new language while videos and written exercises prepare you to recognize and read text in your target language.

Both the German and French programs claim they will have you speaking your target language in 8 weeks. The Spanish course gives itself a little more time claiming 3 months to get you speaking with confidence. All the programs offer a free 6 day class to give you a good test drive of the course. I am not fully convinced about getting results in the short time span that they claim, but I am convinced that their methods will yield results that are long term. (I have a some knowledge of German and I signed up for the 6 day German classes and was extremely pleased!)

I will not say that these courses are cheap. They are $99.95 if you download them and $299.95 if you want hard copies. Hard copies may be the best choice for schools, otherwise a downloaded version should be fine. The cost may seem like a lot (and it is,) but given what each package has to offer, it is not over priced. Comparing Rocket to some other well-known packages, the Rocket packages are 1/2 the price or less. Also, I found that the Rocket packages provide more instruction than the competition.
