I recently found a web offer for interactive Spanish lessons put out by the company Rocket Languages.  This is a great product if your just getting started, and it's also a good tool to use if you're trying to take your Spanish speaking skills to the next level.

Getting A Head Start-
Before moving to Costa Rica about two years ago, I thought I'd get a head-start by getting the basics of Spanish down through Spanish audio lessons.  It was the best thing I could have done.  First, upon arriving I had a lot of the basic vocabulary down, which allowed me to get around the country fairly well.  After settling in, I began taking courses at a local language school, and I'm so thankful that I took time to learn some Spanish before arriving.  Having the basics down made the classroom a much less intimidating learning environment, and it enabled me to advance more quickly.  It really pays to  at least get the basics down before  entering a class.

LEARN SPANISH IN COSTA RICA

If your ever looking for an opportuinty to study Spanish abroad... be sure to look into Costa Rica.  My recommendation comes from personal experience.

In Tamarindo, there are two schools.  1. WAYRA languge school... is where I attended when first coming here.  The classes were small, which was good as it made for more individual attention....the teachers were fun to learn from... and the acommodations were nice.  2.  There is also Spanish Abroad language school.  I didn't attend here, but I know people who have.  I've never heard any bad comments about it... only good.
